railway flatcars

railway flat car is a kind of railway freight car without roof and compartment baffle. It is mainly used to transport goods such as steel, wood, sand and gravel, automobiles, wheeled equipment, crawler equipment, mechanical equipment and containers. Sometimes it can also be used to transport special long goods such as steel rails and prefabricated beams, as well as super long goods that need to be transported across. The flat car can also meet the needs of national defense and load various military equipment. At present, Changhai New Energy Company plans to design a railway flat car composite floor to replace the traditional flat car wooden floor through independent research and development.

Selection of raw materials

in the selection of raw materials, composite flooring mainly uses fiber reinforced polyurethane foam materials, so that the board as a whole has flame retardant, anti-aging, fatigue resistance.

adopted process

FI process and pultrusion process improves the friction, nail holding force, splitting resistance and compression strength of the overall structure of the composite floor, so that the composite floor can ensure stable mechanical properties during long-term use, improve the thermal insulation performance and wear resistance of the floor, and improve its durability and fatigue resistance compared with the traditional wood board.

composite flooring is that

(1) can completely put an end to fire accidents, eliminate the wood floor corrosion, fatigue failure and material defects caused by the collapse of the cargo traffic accidents;

(2) Improve the overall strength and rigidity of the floor, which in turn can improve the anti-rolling strength. Each composite floor unit is protected by reinforced structure. Even if the crawler is rolled repeatedly, the damage of the floor can be reduced due to the support and protection of the reinforced layer, thus prolonging the service life of the floor and properly prolonging the maintenance cycle of the flat car;

(3) the floor is divided into smaller units, easy to repair and replace the floor, convenient operation;

(4) Reduce the use of wood, save wood resources, in line with the national green development direction.
