Applicable to all types with standard track gauge, axle load of 21t and running speed of 120 km/hrailway wagon. It is a three-piece cast steel bogie equipped with a wedge-type variable friction damping device. It adopts a secondary stiffness spring suspension system and an integral wedge structure. A lower cross support device is installed between the two side frames to improve the resistance to diamond. It adopts a double-acting elastic constant contact side bearing, a planar core disc and a high-friction synthetic brake shoe. The core disc is equipped with an oil-containing nylon core disc wear disc.
